1/2 cup ...Here is the recipe for Bubbat that I use;<br />1/2 cup sugar<br />4 cups flour<br />8 tep. baking powder<br />1 tsp. salt<br />2 cups raisins<br />4 eggs<br />1/2 cup milk<br />2 cups cream<br /><br />Sift dry ingredients, add raisins and rest of ingredients. Bake in a cake pan for 1 hour in 375F oven.<br /><br />When I make them I bake them in muffin tins insetead of a cake pan. This recipe looks the same as the one I make, other than you having 1/2 cup oil and butter, and the one I have is 1/2 cup butter and shortening. I may have to try this next time!!
